Dear Mr Williams
You will recall my recent letter to you dated 4th August in which I posed a series of questions, to which I requested answers. You will also recall that you acknowledged receipt of this letter two days later.
The 15 working day period has elapsed, but I am aware it would be unreasonable to expect you to reply in this period of time. However, I would be appreciative if you would kindly give me some indication as to when I can expect a comprehensive reply as I will need your answers in order to progress this matter.
I have to tell you that I am increasingly concerned at the way this council appears to operate and I am sure that someone who has a commitment to commendable Christian values will also have his own serious reservations and misgivings.
