Incredibly a year after the publishing of this report I discovered the road adoption processes at Cornwall County Council to be in a total state of disarray!!!
If Cornwall County Council is in the top 25% of Highway Authorities, God only knows what standards are attained by the remaining 75%!!!
Well done to the Audit Commission for a job professionally executed!!!
